本所有多名律师被法院选任为破产管理人以执行财产管理业务，包括以山一证券、崇光集团等9家公司为例的案件。此外，本所利用这些经验，还开展债权回收法律咨询、破产申请代理人业务、与债权人/交易客户的破产管理人的交涉与纠纷诉讼、利用破产程序进行事业转让时担任出资人代理人等业务。
