Recently, an amendment to the Civil and Commercial Code (“CCC”) was issued in order to revise certain provisions under the CCC, particularly in Title 22 - Partnerships and Companies (the “Amended Act”), which was published in the Government Gazette on 8 November 2022. The Amended Act shall come into full effect 90 days after the date of such announcement which will be on 7 February 2023.
