Vullope Techakasin’s main practice areas are in Dispute Resolution especially in representing clients, drafting, negotiating and advising on various dispute resolution and litigation. He graduated from Thammasat University, Thailand (2003), Barrister-at-Law, Thai Bar Association (2005) and he began his professional legal career in 2004.
Vullope is currently serving as counsel in our dispute resolution practice, based in our Bangkok office. With over 20 years of experience, Vullope specializes in representing numerous clients and providing consultant to both multinational and local companies. My focus is handling complex and high-value cases within the field of dispute resolution.
As a litigation lawyer with significant experience in all major forms of dispute resolution, Vullope regularly advises, negotiates and represents all clients in both civil and criminal cases in front of the Court of justice and in arbitration procedures. Recently, Vullope have also been heavily engaged in a number of high-value projects and managed difficult and complex disputes. Vullope also have extensive experiences in numerous tax-related issues, including, but not limited to, corporate income tax, value added tax, specific business tax and house and land tax. Moreover, Vullope have particular expertise in the real estate, construction, commodities trading, manufacturing, wholesale and retailing industries, where his clients include domestic, multinational corporations and foreign investors.
