Wannaporn first worked with Litigation Department with Dej-Udom & Associates in 2004, where she worked as a solicitor until she obtained her lawyer’s license in 2005, then she became a barrister-at-law and worked as a lawyer. With her second class honor, she was capable in legal analysis of the case and had a good skill in providing legal opinion for defending the cases. She continued her professional career and worked as a litigator since 2005 until April 2025. She joined with SCL Nishimura & Asahi as an associate (senior lawyer) in May 1, 2022.

Whilst at the beginning of her legal profession, her practice focused on cases analysis, contract review including investigation processes. She also had knowledge in corporate matter including general practice area, such as preparing an application for foreigner who would like to apply for Work Permit and Visa to work in Thailand. She also provided support on real estate transaction which encompasses lease, purchase or mortgage of property.

After she obtained her lawyer’s license, she has worked as a qualified lawyer. She has handled many litigation cases in both civil commercial litigation with a high claimed amount, and criminal cases. With more than 20 years experience in litigation. She has a great expertise and successful in handling civil commercial litigations, labor cases, international trade and intellectual properties cases including tax cases.
