Nishimura & Asahi receives “L-boshi” certification based on the Law on the Promotion of the Participation and Advancement of Women in the Workplace

Nishimura & Asahi has received a two star rating under the “L-boshi” certification system, which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare awards to companies that have implemented outstanding initiatives to promote women’s participation and advancement in the workplace.

Since there are many female members who are playing an active role at our firm, we have been developing appropriate systems and a work environment where everyone can utilize their abilities to the fullest extent, in addition to offering support to enable them to continue working.

Going forward, we will continue not only to promote the participation and advancement of women, but also work towards creating an organization in which each and every member with a diverse background can play an active role.
