    GMO Internet, Inc. - Omakase Co., Ltd. becomes subsidiary by share delivery (kabushiki kofu)

Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised GMO Internet, Inc. [TSE: 9449], a Japanese internet service provider, on making Omakase Co., Ltd., a restaurant reservation service, its subsidiary by way of share delivery (kabushiki kofu). Share delivery is a new transaction method in Japan and this is the first case in which share delivery with a securities registration statement was used.
