KDDI Corporation: Capital and business alliance with JTower Inc.
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised KDDI Corporation [TSE: 9433], a major Japanese telecommunications company, on its capital and business alliance with JTower Inc. [TSE: 4485], a Japanese wireless telecoms services provider.
