Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised PiPEDO HD, Inc. [TSE: 3919], a Japanese internet information management company, on going private via a recommended tender offer and management buyout led by its CEO and private equity firm Advantage Partners.

Tomohiro’s practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions.
