Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised KDDI Corporation [TSE: 9433] ("KDDI"), a leading Japanese telecommunications provider, on the business integration of Relia Inc. [TSE: 4708], which will be made a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. [TSE: 8031] ("Mitsui") through a TOB conducted by Mitsui, and KDDI Evolva Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KDDI.
