Avex Inc. - Establishment of AI and voice synthesis business with Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi has advised Avex Inc. (“Avex”) [TSE: 7860], a Japanese entertainment content production company, on the establishment of a subsidiary, Coeste Inc., (“Coeste”) which will provide AI and voice synthesis services. Nishimura & Asahi also advised Avex on its shareholders’ agreement with Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation (“TDSL”), a provider of system integration services and software solutions, under which TDSL will transfer its Coestation voice technology platform to Coeste and acquire shares in Coeste.

He also worked for a leading Brazilian law firm for one year and is a key member of the Latin American Practice Group of Nishimura & Asahi, and provides legal advice to clients that operate businesses in Brazil and other Latin American countries.
