On January 20, 2022, the newly formed Japan chapter of ENERAP (Energy Related Arbitration Practitioners) will host its inaugural webinar titled, “Japanese Parties and Trends in Energy Dispute Resolution.” The webinar will commence with a welcome message from Hiroyuki Tezuka, the Vice President of the Japan Association of Arbitrators. Lars Markert will join the webinar as one of the panelists in the panel discussion, “Japanese Parties and Investor-State Disputes in the Energy/Resources Sector.”
