Tokyo partner Taeko Suzuki gave a lecture titled “Legal Assessment of India Risks and Strategies for Japanese Companies: Practical Approaches to M&A, Partner Due Diligence, and PMI Referencing on Anti-Bribery and Other Compliance Issues in India” at a seminar titled “Hidden Risks, Informed Choices in Investing India.” It was co-hosted by Kroll International, Inc. and JOI (Japan Institute for Overseas Investment), and supported by JBIC (Japan Bank for International Cooperation), held on Nov. 12, 2025.
