Sheng-Chieh Chang joins Nishimura & Asahi

We are pleased to announce that Sheng-Chieh Chang joined Nishimura & Asahi as a Partner* on April 9, 2020.

Sheng-Chieh has extensive experience handling domestic Taiwanese and cross-border M&A transactions. He represents Taiwanese listed companies, including a large cellphone motherboard manufacturer, a beverage company and the largest aesthetic center in Taiwan. He is the legal advisor for the Taipei branch of a major Japanese bank.

He has participated over many years in research projects for government entities and in the drafting of legislative bills.

Sheng-Chieh serves as Co-representative of Nishimura & Asahi Taiwan. We are confident that his extensive experience will further enrich and support the work of our firm in Taiwan.
