基於廣泛經驗為日本國內外各種技術和產業領域的智慧財產權糾紛提供多元化的策略性建議。
本所對於專利權、商標權、設計權、著作權、不公平競爭防止法上之權利等智慧財產權的侵權訴訟和禁制令假處分，專利權、商標權等無效審判和審定撤銷訴訟，職務發明對價訴訟等與智慧財產權相關訴訟案件，擁有豐富的經驗。本所律師參與的案件，許多均作為重要先例而被刊登於判例集或成為各大媒體報導的對象。本所亦參與多起侵權財產的邊境措施、域名糾紛、系統開發相關糾紛案件等，並且從訴訟前階段就以訴訟為前提進行策略性應對。智慧財產權糾紛不僅發生在日本國內，跨越國境的情況也逐年增加，對於跨越多個司法管轄區，以及包括美國、歐洲在內之其他國家的智慧財產權糾紛案件，本所亦與相關國家或地區的律師密切合作以進行處理。同時也積極因應亞洲和其他國家的仿冒品應對措施。
