關稅相關法規
本所擁有多名曾於日本政府和國際組織從事貿易法實務經驗的律師，對WTO協定／投資協定、貿易管理、經濟制裁、海關相關案件等廣泛領域具有高度應對能力。
本所的關稅相關業務中，一般關稅領域的業務主要針對 (1) 關稅評估、(2) 關稅分類（HS）、(3) 原產地、(4) 優惠關稅制度，向日本國內外企業提供廣泛建議，同時也承辦因應關稅逃漏稅調查的相關案件。
其他關於特別關稅、反傾銷關稅、平衡稅、緊急關稅、報復性關稅等相關業務，請另行參閱相關領域說明。
關稅一般透過舊GATT、WTO回合談判和EPA、FTA、TPP等自由貿易協定的談判達成協議。在此類貿易領域中，本所擁有具政府部門經驗的法律專家，為委託人提供全日本最為專業的服務。關於WTO相關業務，請另行參閱說明。
