从以日本航空等为例的超大型案件，到中型及中小型企业等，本所迄今参与过各种企业的公司重整/民事重整申请。申请公司重整/民事重整不只局限于单纯的履行法律程序，还需要进行各种各样的应对，包括分析财务资料、探讨和决定重建方针、选择适当的程序、细查资金周转情况、探讨各种可预想问题和决定应对方针、针对客户/员工/媒体等准备Q＆A、避免申请后各事业单位发生混乱、与利害关系人的协商、选定出资人并与其协商、根据税务问题制定重建计划、向债权人说明并予以说服等。
