本所的服務範圍涵蓋保險業界所有領域，包括保險法規、保險交易（含再保險交易）、保險公司重組交易（包括併購）、破產處理、理賠應對和糾紛處理。

本所針對保險業營業執照申請等各種許可／批准、保險業招攬辦法、完善保險公司及保險代理店的法令遵循制度、監管機關的檢查應對等，提供廣泛的保險業法相關法律建議。多名曾任職金融廳的本所律師為客戶提供保險業法最新相關修法資訊。

本所基於對保險業務的深度理解，在擬定保險相關契約及再保險契約等各種保險交易及再保險交易方面提供相關建議。

本所於保險領域的併購案件具有豐富經驗。在保險公司股份化、保險公司外國分公司的當地法人化、保險契約的轉移、保險控股公司的設立等保險公司特有機制方面經驗相當豐富。此外，本所也致力於跨國併購（境外及境內）等案件處理。

本所律師曾任東邦生命相互保險公司、第百生命相互保險公司及大正生命保險公司的保險管理人，大成火災海上保險株式會社的財管助理，在日本保險公司破產處理方面擁有豐富經驗。

本所擔任要保人或被保險人之保險索賠的法律顧問，針對複雜的保險條約解釋、與要保人之間的協商提供法律建議。

本所在涉及保險相關稅務糾紛等複雜的保險交易糾紛及訴訟當中擔任法律顧問。此外，本所也接受賠償責任保險的被保險人委託，代為與損害賠償請求人進行協商及訴訟應對。
