根據委託人的需求，本所將以豐富經驗為後盾，針對各類不動產交易、紛爭提供即時而周到的支援。
在不動產案件中，根據標的不動產的不同，可能需要適用不同的複雜法律法規，而本所針對各種類型的不動產（包括辦公室、住宅、商業設施、飯店、物流設施、資料中心、保健機構、醫院等）的買賣、投資、開發、租賃和管理等各種交易，提供符合委託人需求的建議。同時，本所亦憑藉豐富經驗，處理購物中心及飯店等大規模土地開發、市地重劃事業、都市更新事業等的開發相關案件，除了都市計畫法、建築基準法、宅地建物取引業法等不動產相關法令外，在不動產交易中進行投資時，還需要考量金融商品交易法、不動產特定共同事業法、貸款業法、信託法等金融相關法令，為此，本所具備能夠針對上述各類法令提供全面性法律服務的體制。此外，本所也參與許多涉及外國投資人及外國政府對日本不動產的投資案件，透過與本所海外據點的合作，可由法律觀點為委託人提供國外不動產投資等相關交易的悉心支援。解釋不動產相關法令需要具備複雜的專業知識，對於所有不動產相關糾紛，本所也協助處理訴訟及其他糾紛案件。
