岩瀨瞳律師在智慧財產權領域方面，針對IT、生命科學／保健、機械、食品、時尚、環境／能源、娛樂、金融、電子商務等各個不同的產業領域，以專利權、商標權、設計專利權、著作權、商業機密等所有智慧財產權為對象，處理包含國內及跨國之各類智慧財產權交易（授權契約、戰略聯盟（Strategic Alliance）、共同研究開發、權利轉讓等）、包含專利權／商標權侵權訴訟等在內的各種智慧財產權糾紛等案件，業務涵蓋領域廣泛。亦為仿冒品對策和技術類創投企業等，提供專利和商標等組合（Portfolio）建構以及申請策略之相關建議。IT相關方面，除了就使用IoT、AI等的新商務／新商品之相關法律問題提供諮詢外，還處理許多包含雲端在內的系統相關交易和糾紛；數據保護法方面，處理同時涉及日本個人資料保護法及各國數據保護法的法令遵循、數據侵犯應對等案件。此外，並就廣告標示法管制、消費者保護管制、各種產業法令等提供建議。
