具體服務內容包括：協助設立及營運永續發展委員會等企業永續治理架構的建立、支援永續發展資訊揭露、於併購中執行ESG盡職調查、就含NGO等不同利害關係人的溝通與行動主義提出對應方案，並就投資人進行ESG投資等相關行動提供全方位諮詢。另還為客戶提供「企業與人權」相關的人權盡職調查、制定各類規範與內部規程、包括供應鏈在內的管理體系建構支援、依據個案風險進行危機管理及協助處理舉報案件。在環保與氣候變遷方面，本所亦針對相關規範及架構、碳權及排放交易、再生能源電力及相關設施領域提供法律意見，並協助實施環境盡職調查。此外，本所在醫療保健、農業與食品等高度相關產業領域的永續發展議題、反貪污、反舞弊及勞動問題等公司治理議題，均累積了廣泛的服務實績。
