弁護士等 People
主な取扱業務分野は、M&A、コーポレート、バンキング＆ファイナンス、テクノロジー（FinTech、InsurTech、デジタルアセット、暗号通貨、ペイメント、eコマースなど）で、保険およびバンカシュアランスの取引および商品に関するリーガルアドバイスも提供しています。また、民営化、プロジェクトの開発・運営、BOT方式などの官民のパートナーシップおよびその多様なアレンジメントを含む、電力・エネルギー・再生可能エネルギー、インフラストラクチャー・公益事業における国家プロジェクト開発や融資にも注力しております。
フェリックスはこれまでにInsights Philippines Legal Advisorsのマネージングパートナー/カントリーヘッド、ZICO Law ASEAN Networkのフィリピン担当メンバーを務めました。また、ZICO Lawの執行委員会に参加し、ASEAN Corporate/M&A Regional Practiceの共同代表も務めました。
彼はまた、Baker & McKenzieフィリピンオフィスでバンキング＆ファイナンス/保険プラクティスグループのヘッドでもあり、アジア太平洋地域の保険グループ運営委員会と、フィナンシャルサービスおよびエネルギー、鉱業、インフラストラクチャー産業グループのメンバーでもありました。
フェリックスは、優れた法律家として数多くの賞を受賞し、高い評価を受けています。
そしてまた彼はInstitute of Corporate Directorsのメンバーであり、Energy Lawyers Association of the Philippinesの創立評議員でもあります。
