Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (“KKR”), a global investment firm, and PHC Holdings Corporation on the LBO financing for PHC Holdings’ acquisition of all shares in LSI Medience Corporation from Life Science Institute.
