Kohlberg Kravis Roberts: LBO financing for the acquisition of Panasonic Healthcare
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (“KKR”), a global investment firm, on the LBO financing for its acquisition of shares in Panasonic Healthcare Co., Ltd. from Panasonic.
