The recent amendment bill to the Labour Protection Law

With the recent amendment bill to the Labour Protection Law, which was passed by the National Legislative Assembly in December last year, which is expected to be in force soon following its announcement in the Royal Gazette, our employment and labour team held a seminar on the said topic exclusively for SCL Law Group’s clients on 15 January 2019.

The seminar was presented by Ms. Chanakarn Boonyasith and Ms. Pitchabsorn Whangruammit, our associates specialising in labour and employment matters, with Mr. Tada Sastarasatit, our long standing senior partner and a former Labour Court Judge, as a legal commentator.

The event turned out to be extremely successful and we received a lot of positive feedback from the participants.
