Our international arbitration foreign law partner Lars Markert, co-chair of the newly formed IPBA Investment Arbitration Sub-Committee (IASC), formed under the auspices of the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Committee (DRAC), co-organized IASC’s inaugural webinar on September 28, 2020. For the event, “ICSID & UNCITRAL Draft Code of Conduct for Adjudicators in Investor-State Dispute Settlement”, the IASC partnered with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). The newly formed IASC was introduced by Hiroyuki Tezuka, former co-chair of the DRAC. Lars Markert co-moderated the joint webinar’s panel discussion.
