Takahisa Murakami joined the firm as an advisor.
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Takahisa Murakami joined Nishimura & Asahi as an advisor on January 1, 2013.
After joining the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, he held the positions of Pharmaceutical Management Director, Medical Economics Division, Health Insurance Bureau; Director of the Risk Assessment Division, Food Safety Commission Secretariat, Cabinet Office; and Director of the Compliance and Narcotics Division, Pharmaceutical and Food Safety Bureau. He was also Associate Executive Director at the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency. He is now Director General of the Japan Pharmaceutical Information Center.
Mr. Murakami will advise the firm on a broad range of areas using his considerable experience and expertise to enrich and develop our practice groups further.
