Nishimura & Asahi Strengthens its Commitment to Indonesia - Establishes an Associate Office in Jakarta -

We are pleased to announce that Nishimura & Asahi (N&A) will have an Indonesian practice team of lawyers, and N&A and Rosetini & Partners Law Firm (R&P), an Indonesian law firm well established in the field of providing legal services to Japanese companies in Indonesia, will enter into a strategic alliance in Indonesia from November 2014.

This practice team and strategic alliance with a prominent local firm in Indonesia, a country with a long history as a Japanese investment destination due to its continuous economic growth, and the stationing of one of our lawyers at R&P, accords with our commitment to respond to our clients' needs and expand our network in Asia.

In order to enhance the legal support we provide Japanese companies doing business in foreign countries, especially in Asia, we have opened offices in Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore and Yangon, and regularly send our lawyers on secondment to India, Indonesia, Brazil, etc. Our overseas offices, working in close cooperation with our offices in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka, enable us to provide quality legal services to Japanese companies wherever they do business in the region.
