Madoka Shimada and Nobuhiro Tanaka co-authored an article entitled "The Osaka District Court orders the Japan Fair Trade Commission to submit documents in relation to a shareholder derivative suit (Sumitomo Electric)", and Madoka Shimada and Atsushi Oshima co-authored an article entitled "The Tokyo District Court grants an injunction under article 24 of the Japanese Antimonopoly Act for the first time against anticompetitive practices (Dry ice)", both of which appear in the Japan Antitrust Special Issue of e-Competitions Antitrust Case Law Bulletin.
