[Warning] Possible fraud by persons impersonating N&A personnel

Nishimura & Asahi has received information that the name of our firm and a person purporting to work at N&A have been used to attempt to commit fraud. If someone contacts you using N&A's name and/or that of our lawyers or staff members and you don't know them, please be careful to ensure that you confirm the identification of the person.
