Jeanne comes with over two decades of experience advising on complex and sophisticated M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate matters and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Walalangi & Partners, she was a partner at the Indonesian associated firm of Herbert Smith Freehills, an international law firm.
