IFLR Asian Awards 2010, M&A Deal of the Year (Nominee)

A deal in which we acted as counsel to Citigroup Inc. regarding the sale of its securities business in Japan, including Nikko Cordial Securities Ltd., was nominated by the International Financial Law Review(IFLR) as the M&A Deal of the Year 2010.
