・Wheatstone LNG Project

Nishimura & Asahi acted as counsel to JBIC in a deal that TEPCO, Mitsubishi Corporation and Nippon Yusen acquired equity interests in the Wheatstone LNG Project through a newly established SPC with an investment from JOGMEC and a preferred investment from JBIC.
