Nishimura & Asahi Awarded with a Gold rating on the PRIDE Index 2024

The PRIDE Index was created in 2016 by “work with Pride,” a Japanese organization that supports the establishment and promotion of LGBTQ+-related diversity management practices.

For the fifth consecutive year, Nishimura & Asahi has received a Gold rating on the PRIDE Index, which evaluates the inclusivity efforts of companies and organizations toward [the implementation of such LGBTQ +-related practices] in the work place.

In our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement, we state that “an ideal organization is one in which a wide array of skills come together and function cohesively, and where, collectively and individually, there is respect and support for different forms of diversity, including sexual orientation and gender identity, in all areas where we operate.”
In order to realize this ideal organization, we will continue to promote diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
