Yuki Matsumoto wins "eSports Distinguished Service Award" at the inaugural JAPAN eSPORTS AWARDS
Tokyo associate Yuki Matsumoto received the "eSports Distinguished Service Award" at the inaugural JAPAN eSPORTS AWARDS, sponsored by the Japan eSports Union. The event was held at the Tokyo International Forum on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024.
Yuki was the only person to be individually awarded amongst experts in the field, including lawyers, in recognition of his efforts to improve esports legal regulations, including consumer laws and the Amusement Business Act, as well as his contributions to establish player contract practices and develop compliance policies.
