In particular, we have vast experience in handling border measures to suspend the importation and exportation of counterfeit goods into and from Japan (under the trademark, design, patent, and unfair competition prevention laws). We also handle customs registrations.
In addition to border measures, we provide a wide range of related legal services, for example, cease and desist letters, negotiations, and the pursuit of civil remedies and criminal sanctions appropriate to each case as well as our client’s business strategies.
