Toyota Tsusho Corporation: Acquisition of Elematec Corporation
Nishimura & Asahi advised Toyota Tsusho Corporation [TSE: 8015], a manufacturer and wholesaler of steel, machinery, automobiles, and chemical products, on its acquisition through tender offer of Elematec Corporation [TSE: 2715], which trades electronic and mechanical components. This makes Elematec a wholly owned subsidiary.
