KDDI Corporation: Joint Venture with NEC Corporation
Nishimura & Asahi advised telecommunications provider KDDI Corporation [TSE: 9433] on formation of United Cyber Force Inc., a joint venture between KDDI and NEC Corporation [TSE: 6701], an IT provider. The parties aim to strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities and pursue business development opportunities that leverage their combined synergies.
