    Tekscend Photomask Corp. - Listing on Tokyo Stock Exchange (Prime Market)

Nishimura & Asahi advised Tekscend Photomask Corp. [TSE:429A], a supplier of semiconductor photomasks, which serves the semiconductor and advanced microelectronics industries, on its listing on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
