ORIX Corporation: Sale of all shares in SGK Holdings Corporation
Nishimura & Asahi advised ORIX Corporation [TSE: 8591] on the sale by an ORIX-managed fund of all of its shares in SGK Holdings Corporation, the holding company of SUGIKO GROUP HOLDINGS CO., LTD., to a fund operated and serviced by private equity firm The Carlyle Group.
The team was led by Tokyo partner Junya Kokaji.
