Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi has advised Soko Seiren Co., Ltd. (“Soko Seiren”) [TSE: 3578] in connection with the sale of its Mexican subsidiary Soko Seiren Mexicana, S.A. DE C. V. (“Soko Seiren Mexicana”) to Sage Automotive Interiors, Inc., headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina.
Soko Seiren Mexicana is engaged in the processing of polyester fibers for car seats. Soko Seiren is a listed Japanese company engaged in the dyeing, printing, and special processing of various synthetic fibers.
