Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised FOLIO Holdings Co., Ltd., a Japanese fintech company, on its fundraising through third-party allotment of shares and share transfer to SBI Financial Services Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SBI Holdings Inc. [TSE: 8473]. As a result of the transaction, FOLIO Holdings became a consolidated subsidiary of SBI Financial Services Co., Ltd.
