Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. [TSE: 4183], a Japan-based chemical company, on the transfer of all shares in its consolidated subsidiary Mitsui Phenols Singapore Pte. Ltd. to INEOS Holdings Ltd., a UK-based petrochemical company.
