Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised the Mitsubishi Chemical Group Corporation (the MCG Group) [TSE: 4188] on the transfer of all its shares in Qualicaps Co., Ltd. to Roquette Frères S.A., a French producer of plant-based ingredients.
