ORIX Corporation: Agreement on the development of an integrated tourist resort in Osaka
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised ORIX Corporation [TSE: 8591; NYSE: IX], a Japan-based financial services group, on the conclusion of an implementation agreement between Osaka IR Corporation (a JV company established by ORIX and MGM Resorts Japan LLC) and Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City regarding the development of an integrated tourist resort in Yumeshima, Osaka.

Tomohiro’s practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions.
