Frontiers of Taxation on Cross-Border Transactions (in J)

Yo Ota, Akihiro Hironaka and Tsuyoshi Ito co-authored and edited a book entitled "Frontiers of Taxation on Cross-Border Transactions," as the third book in the area of tax law of the "Nishimura Institute for Advanced Legal Studies: Bridge the Theory and Practice Series," together with Professor Minoru Nakazato, The University of Tokyo, in December 2014. The book was published by a leading legal publisher, Yuhikaku, Tokyo.

This book analyzes current topics in international taxation, which have been increasingly important in the cross-border transactions of companies.

Contributors to this book included J. Mark Ramseyer (Harvard Law School), Masao Yoshimura (Associate Professor, Hitotsubashi University) and Takeshi Fujitani (Associate Professor, The University of Tokyo), and from Nishimura & Asahi, Masaki Noda, Taku Sonoura, Makoto Shimizu, Mayuko Nakamura and Kozo Kuromatsu.
