Isha has extensive experience in advising Japanese corporations on investments and doing business in India, with a special focus on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and day-to-day commercial business activities of foreign corporations in India. She also advises on matters involving Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh. Before joining Nishimura & Asahi, Isha worked at leading law firms in India, where she focused on cross-border M&A.
