Webinar: The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) is modernizing and simplifying its rules

Gonzalo Flores, Deputy Secretary-General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and Jara Mínguez Almeida, ICSID Legal Counsel, will introduce the recently proposed changes to ICSID’s rules. They will provide a brief overview of ICSID’s Working Paper on the proposals for amendment, highlight some of the more significant changes to the rules, and allow participants to comment and ask questions.
