ICSID Regional Training Workshop 2019

Lars Markert was involved in training a group of government officials from various Asia-Pacific states at a workshop on investor-state arbitration held from 26 to 28 September 2019. The training course was organized by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”) in Washington D.C. and the International Institute for Trade and Development in Bangkok, an institution established by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). Lars conducted the training with ICSID’s Secretary General Meg Kinnear and two other lecturers.
