Our international arbitration partner Lars Markert presented at the webinar, “Is There A Right To A Physical Hearing In International Arbitration?,” hosted by SIAC and THAC, which was held on September 30, 2021.
The panel discussed whether there is a right to a physical hearing in international arbitration at a time when virtual hearings have had to be seriously considered by tribunals and parties in order for the arbitral proceedings to progress.
