Our international arbitration partner Lars Markert participated in the 2021 Taipei International Conference on Arbitration and Mediation. He was a panelist in the session on ethics in international arbitration and presented on the issue of the ICSID / UNCITRAL Draft Code of Conduct and how it addresses the issue of “double-hatting”.
